Shipping policy

Upon placing your order and receiving your confirmation email, our warehouse will prepare and make ready your item(s) for courier pick up. This process takes 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Next, items are picked up by our shipping partner and sent to a sorting facility. Once scanned into their system, a unique tracking code is uploaded into our system.

Then, you will receive automated delivery status notifications to your nominated email address so that you can keep track of your order and know the day it is arriving.

You can expect your Calming Pet Bed and Orthopaedic Pet Beds delivered within 1-7 business days nationwide, depending on your location, or 3.5 business days (average) from when your order is made. We choose to use only tracked Australia Post shipping from our Sydney-based warehouse to ensure fast and reliable shipping across Australia.

Whereas our new Calming Pet Sofa Bed is will take between 8-12 business days & Human Dog Beds could take over 1 month.
