Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for our calming dog beds, calming sofa beds, orthopaedic dog beds & calming dog bed spare covers. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a resell-able condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, as well as any photo evidence to support your return request.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or pet bed type, please contact us for a pre-paid return label and instructions.

Damages
Please completely inspect your pet bed upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item simply contact us so that we can provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

When designing our products, we have focused on comfort for improved rest and sleep and reducing pet anxiety. While trying to be as sustainable as possible, our beds are not bite and/or scratch-proof. If your pet bed has been damaged due to general wear and tear, we are unable to replace it.

However, we are able to extend the life of any used product by offering separate covers and padding for all of our pet bed range, which can be purchased by reaching out via our contact us page.

Refunds
We will notify you once our Sydney quality assurance team has received and inspected your return, and let you know if the item has met our return policy criteria. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in resell-able condition, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the product price to your original payment method account.
